Forms Training Offered
By Workers’ Compensation Commission
To Employers, Employees, Insurers, TPAs, HR Personnel
Brief or in-depth help with workers’ compensation forms is available at no cost from the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission (AWCC), along with coverage of other material confusing to the public, such as workers’ comp rules, advisories, and laws.
This training is important to insurance company adjusters, self-insured employers, third party administrators (TPAs) and insured employers’ human resource (HR) personnel.
Service clubs and Chambers of Commerce can contact the AWCC Communications Liaison about presentations to business leaders. HR staffs may inquire about a training session at their business or at HR meetings. Self-insureds, TPAs, and carriers may need more in-depth training, which also is available from the AWCC.
