In accordance
with Rule 099.30, the Arkansas Workers'
Compensation Commission has developed a Medical Fee Schedule which
establishes schedules of maximum fees by a health facility or
health care provider for treatment, attendance, service, device,
apparatus, and medicine. The Medical Fee Schedule, maintained
by the Medical Cost Containment Division, is reviewed and updated
on an annual basis.
