Rule 099.41- Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Drug Formulary will be effective for all workers’ compensation injuries or illnesses with an incident date on or after July 1, 2018. The rule is adopted for all FDA approved drugs that are prescribed and dispensed for outpatient use.

Training is scheduled on Rule 099.41 at the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission on the following dates: March 15th, April 19th, May 15th, and June 14th. Training will also be offered at the following Forms Training Sessions to be held at the Commission on April 18th, May 16th, and June 20th.
