The Health and Safety Division (HSD) of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission (AWCC) provides the required Approved Professional Safety Source (APSS) seminars.
Only after attending the seminar may the APSS provide consultation services to employers in the Rule 099.32 program. Requirements for approval to be an APSS are detailed in Rule 099.31.
There is no charge for this seminar, and enrollees receive a notebook and a compact disc of materials. All training sessions will be done at the AWCC in Little Rock at the Fourth and Spring street location.
Persons enrolling must complete an application, AWCC Form HS-31-A, and submit it for approval to the HSD at the AWCC, Post Office Box 950, Little Rock, AR 72203 - 0950.
