The Accident Prevention Services Section monitors and evaluates the performance and effectiveness of workers' compensation insurance carriers providing coverage in the state of Arkansas in accordance with Rule 099.31.
The Accident Prevention Services Section also administers the review process for individuals providing accident services through workers' compensation insurance carriers (Field Safety Representatives or FSR) and individuals providing assistance to employers in the Rule 099.32 "Hazardous Employer Section" (Approved Professional Safety Sources or APSS).
